1. VAELIS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with VAELIS. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds may be available.

Pre-Order Items

Certain VAELIS products are sold as pre-orders. Because pre-order quantities may be committed to production based on customer orders, cancellation and return terms may differ from in-stock merchandise.

The applicable return and cancellation terms will be presented to customers at the time of purchase.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel a pre-order should contact VAELIS as soon as possible at VaelisSpprt@gmail.com

Once a pre-order has entered production or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received a defective item, contact VAELIS at VaelisSpprt@gmail.com within [7/14] days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the issue

VAELIS may request additional information to determine the appropriate resolution.

If an item is determined to be defective or damaged prior to delivery, VAELIS may, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, contact VAELIS as soon as possible.

VAELIS will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Change-of-Mind Returns

 No change-of-mind returns:

Due to the limited nature of our releases and pre-order production model, VAELIS does not accept returns or exchanges based solely on a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or failure to review product information before purchasing.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

Where a refund is required by applicable law because VAELIS cannot fulfill an order as promised, VAELIS will provide the applicable refund within the timeframe required by law.
